Burlington Revolution Added to ABA 2026 Expansion

The American Basketball Association (ABA) today announced that the Burlington Revolution located in Burlington VT has been added to the ABA’s record-setting expansion for next season.
“Owned by Andy Bousono, the Revolution are built on a foundation of competitive basketball that has been growing across the state since 2014,” stated ABA CEO Joe Newman. “Revolution basketball has been a cornerstone of Vermont’s basketball culture for nearly 12 years. Through Andy’s passion, dedication and leadership, the program has developed into a strong community and support system for athletes and fans alike. What began as a local competitive platform has grown into a movement that continues to elevate the game throughout the region.”
The Burlington Revolution will play their games in a brand-new facility at Burlington HS, set to open in June 2026,” added Bousono. “This state-of-the-art venue will provide a premier environment for players, fans and the community to come together and experience high-level ABA basketball. Now, the next chapter begins. By joining the ABA, the Revolution aims to preserve the competitive culture that defines our team while providing local talent with a higher-level platform to develop, compete and pursue opportunities at the next level. This team is more than basketball, it’s a commitment to the community, its athletes and the future of the game in Vermont.”
