ABA Adds Wichita Falls Net Burners to 2026 Roster

The American Basketball Association (ABA) today announced that the Wichita Falls Net Burners have been added to its growing list of teams scheduled to begin play in 2026.

“I’m really excited about this team and its ownership group,” stated ABA CEO Joe Newman. “Jerrit Judie has all of the skills necessary to have a very successful team.”

Jerrit A. Judie is a seasoned executive with a background in logistics and transportation. He is the President and CEO of Next Play Nation, a national nonprofit dedicated to athlete development through multi-sport programs, youth leagues and training camps. Under his leadership, Next Play Nation has expanded its reach and impact nationwide, creating meaningful opportunities for athletes at every level. Judie now brings his experience in leadership, sports management and community building to the ABA.
